We still have some registration availability and will continue to accept new registrations, so if you have not yet signed up for camp, please act quickly. Other updates and reminders:
Medical Forms Submission
The medical forms required for camp attendance are identified on the camp registration page and may be downloaded and printed. Please note that due to the need to have all medical forms completed and reviewed by our camp nurses, these forms must be submitted and mailed in hard copy promptly upon registration. As there will be limited parental interaction at the camper drop off, we are asking for your cooperation in the timely submission of these forms.
As previously shared, all campers will be required to provide at the time of camp check-in on August 15th either a copy of their completed COVID vaccination administration or a copy of a negative COVID PCR conducted within three days of August 15. Results of COVID PCR tests take 1-2 days so please plan accordingly.
Camper drop off and pick up information will be provided by August 9th. Camper arrival will be between 9am- 11:00am on August 15 and campers will be assigned specific times for drop off. Please note that we will not be able to allow parents and families to visit camp this year due to COVID safety protocols. Safety of our campers and staff are our highest priority and we are following NYS guidelines for overnight camps.
Thanks and please continue to monitor our website as we will share frequent updates in the weeks leading up to camp!
— Greg, Don, and Tony
