Frequently Asked Questions

What do we do with our child’s medications?
During check-in, there will be a nurse who will take medications from parents.  We do not want children responsible for administering medications on their own. Please see our camp nurse during check-in.

What forms are required for us to participate at camp?

We require that all campers have the Medical Waiver Form filled out and signed by your doctor. This will notify us of any allergies, medications, or injuries. If your child has any injuries that may prevent them from participating in certain activities during the camp, we will need a note from their Doctor stating what activities they need to stay away from. In addition, EVERY CAMPER must fill out the originally signed waiver form.

When do we Drop Off & Pick Up our children?
Please plan on leaving right after registration due to parking limitations. Registration is on Monday August 14th from 9:00 am – 10:00 am for ages 14-18 and 10:00 am – 11:00 am for ages 9-13. If you have one child in each group, you can show up at any time. Please do not show up early. Depending on the success of your child’s team in the playoffs on Friday, August 18th, pick up is from 10:00 am – 12:30 pm. Parents are welcome to visit anytime during the week.

What is your Refund Policy?
No refunds will be given if request is made on or after August 1, 2017. If refund request is received in writing prior to August 1, 2017, a $100 deposit will be deducted from your refund.
